Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect


We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team. As a Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing secure and efficient Salesforce CRM solutions. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our Salesforce environment meets the prescriptive requirements from the German Works Council and aligns with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Technical Health Checks: Utilize tools like Clayton and Salesforce Security assessment tools to perform technical health checks and ensure that the Salesforce environment is suitable for further development.

Design Security and Data Models: Develop and implement security and data models that adhere to the requirements set forth by the German Works Council, ensuring correct visibility and access controls for Salesforce CRM records.

Supervise Development Resources: Oversee the development resources to ensure that design requirements are accurately implemented and thoroughly tested.

Provide guidance on field-level requirements across core objects to maintain consistency and integrity in data management.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate implementation of requirements and address any issues or concerns that arise during development and testing phases.

Stay Updated on Salesforce Best Practices: Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce features, capabilities, and best practices to ensure the optimal use of the platform and identify opportunities for improvement.

Provide Technical Expertise: Offer technical expertise and recommendations for new IT software projects and initiatives that integrate with or enhance existing Salesforce systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.

Qualifications:

* Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM development and customization.
* Strong understanding of security and data modeling principles in Salesforce.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience with Clayton and other Salesforce assessment tools is a plus.
