We are filling the following position for our client, a German household appliances manufacturer, on a freelance basis:
Senior CRM Specialist (m/f/d)

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 5 months (until October 31, 2024)
• Workload: 96 (3 days per week à 8 hours)
• Location: Fully remote (first weeks in the office for onboarding in Amsterdam)
Your Job Description
• You will develop and execute comprehensive email campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention
• You'll use the Bloomreach Engagement platform to its full potential, creating targeted campaigns and insightful customer analytics
• You are tasked with optimizing and refining current campaigns and automation workflows with a focus on technical and logical enhancements
• You'll consult cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with broader marketing goals
• You analyze campaign performance and customer data to continuously improve and personalize the customer journey
Your qualification profile
• You should have proven experience as a CRM Marketer, preferably in a senior role
• You must be proficient in Marketing Automation tools and strategies, driving customer engagement and retention
• You should possess in-depth knowledge of the Bloomreach Engagement platform
• You need to be proficient in English as it's mandatory for the role
• You must be able to adapt easily in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working with short deadlines
