Projektbeschreibung
Global - Strategic project involves managing and consulting on the main sub-projects related to the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, & Exhibitions. (MICE) Global Project.
Tasks:
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline Sourcing's standard processes for Congress & Meeting Management (CMM), with a focus on accelerating Events and Meetings management.
• Analyze Boehringer's internal spend and supplier landscapes for "Creative concept development for meetings", "Event-technics", "Fair conception, Fair planning", and "Congress, Meeting & Event Logistics". Prepare and organize an online Workshop with the CMM team and propose category strategy adjustments.
• Review and evaluate the existing CVENT system setup from a sourcing perspective and suggest improvements.
• Enhance supplier management approaches, including risk sharing and ownership, and streamline governance concepts. Communicate with stakeholders to improve and manage external partners, representing BI externally.
• Fine-tune commercial and contractual frameworks, set up Governance and Business Review Meetings with preferred suppliers, and oversee performance management.
• Develop and implement optimal strategies for existing long-term partnerships.
• Depending on current requirements, activities may include improving Category Strategy, managing RFx execution and negotiations, optimizing MSAs, and reducing unnecessary demand activity and complexity.
Skills:
• Extensive experience (+5 years) in Sourcing, Event Planning, Governance Strategy and managing Congresses
• Definition of Business Strategies
• Experience with CVENT/ Ariba Sourcing is a plus
• English is needed and German is a plus
• Pharma Experience not required but a plus
