I’m an analytical program manager with a strong technical background in telecommunication and IT services. Being well‐versed in technical and business requirements analysis I focus on commercial priorities, set clear objectives and proactively meet them in close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical experts. I successfully lead technical programs & projects (multi‐million € project budgets and project teams of tens of team members) in a goal‐oriented way from concept to launch. My main focus lies in IT management, project management and product development.
